1. No Refund on Completed Work
No refunds will be issued once the work has been completed and delivered to the client.
2. Advance Payments
All advance payments are non-refundable once the project has been initiated and resources have been allocated.
3. Monthly Marketing Services

No refunds will be provided for ongoing or completed monthly services.

Clients may cancel future services by providing prior written notice before the next billing cycle.
4. Website Development Services

No refund will be issued after design approval has been provided by the client.

A partial refund may be considered only if the project has not yet started.
5. Paid Advertising Services

Advertising spend paid directly to third-party platforms (such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) is non-refundable.

Management and service fees are non-refundable once campaign work has begun.
6. Service Cancellation
Clients must submit cancellation requests in writing via email. Cancellation will only apply to future services and not to work already completed.
7. Exceptional Cases
Refund requests, if any, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is at the sole discretion of Grow Socially.
8. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
